15-day return policy on all damaged, defective or incorrect orders.

PS: For products delivered incorrectly, the return process will be completed once the product(s) reaches our business. The responsibility of delivering the product(s) to our business belongs to our customers.


FROZEN ITEMS
7-day return policy on all damaged, defective or incorrect orders.

PS:Delivery for frozen products is the responsibility of the consumer (For Same Day Delivery)
